Why maleeinsad
Education With a Different Set of Priorities
We built maleeinsad around what learners in their 40s and 50s actually need â not what is easiest to sell or quickest to deliver.

Eight Things Worth Knowing Before You Decide
Licensed Practitioners
All mentors hold active professional licences in financial planning, Thai law, or tax practice.
Thai-Specific Content
Curriculum built around Thai tax law, Thai estate planning, and Thai provident fund structures.
No Product Sales
We have no relationships with fund managers or insurers. Our guidance serves the learner, not a sales target.
Small Groups
Enrolment is limited per cohort so that every participant has meaningful access to instructors and mentors.
Annually Updated
Tax laws change. Regulations shift. All course materials are reviewed and updated before each new cohort begins.
Private Consultations
Individual sessions with practitioners are confidential. Worksheets and personal financial details are never shared externally.
Printable Materials
Course materials are designed to be read and revisited offline â printed summary cards, worksheets, and reference guides are included.
Flexible Scheduling
Consultation calls can be rescheduled to fit your calendar. Sessions are recorded for Foundation and intermediate learners when needed.
Professional Expertise Rooted in Practice
The instructors and mentors at maleeinsad are not academics who study financial behaviour from a distance. They are practitioners with active client work â financial planners, Thai-licensed attorneys, and tax consultants who currently advise families on the same questions that come up in our courses.
This means that when a learner asks about a specific inheritance situation or a question about property tax across provinces, the answer reflects current practice â not a textbook written five years ago.
What this means for you
- Answers grounded in how Thai courts and tax offices actually operate today
- Practitioners who can identify when a situation exceeds education and requires formal advice
- No gap between what is taught and what happens in practice
- Fifteen years of Bangkok-based teaching experience in our senior team
Structured Learning That Respects Your Time
Our courses are organised as weekly programmes with a clear progression â from foundational concepts to applied decision-making. Each session builds on the previous one, so that by the time a learner reaches the consultation portion, they have the vocabulary and context to make that conversation genuinely useful.
Materials are prepared in advance and sent ahead of each session. We do not expect learners to take detailed notes under time pressure â the printed materials serve that purpose, so attention can stay on understanding rather than recording.
Process at a glance
Introductory conversation â understanding your situation before enrolment
Weekly group sessions â structured instruction with time for questions
Individual consultations â private sessions with practitioners using your own circumstances
Follow-up correspondence â ongoing access to ask questions after the course concludes
Support That Does Not Disappear After Enrolment
Financial situations are not static. A question that did not occur to you during the course may arise three months later when you are actually reviewing your tax filing or speaking with a family member about an estate matter.
All programmes include a follow-up period â six months for the intermediate course and twelve months for the senior programme â during which learners can submit questions by email or schedule a brief consultation call. This is included in the course fee, not an add-on.
Support included per programme
- Foundations: 2 mentor conversations included within course duration
- Tax-Aware Planning: 3 private consultation calls + 6-month email follow-up
- Wealth & Legacy Academy: Dedicated planner, attorney, tax practitioner + 12-month follow-up correspondence
Transparent, All-Inclusive Pricing in Thai Baht
Course fees are stated clearly in Thai Baht and cover everything listed in the programme description â sessions, consultation calls, printed materials, and follow-up periods. There are no additional charges for materials or for using the consultation calls you are entitled to.
For the senior programme, a staged payment arrangement is available for learners who prefer it. This can be discussed during the introductory conversation before any commitment is made.

Learners Leave With Practical Clarity
The measure we care about most is whether a learner finishes a course with a clearer picture of their own situation than when they started â and with the knowledge to continue thinking about it productively.
Across cohorts, the feedback we receive consistently highlights three things: a better understanding of Thai tax filing decisions, greater confidence in conversations with family members about finances, and a sense of having covered the right topics for their stage of life.
What learners report gaining
- Clarity on household cashflow and multi-generational financial responsibilities
- Understanding of RMF and SSF contribution strategy relative to their income situation
- A starting framework for estate and legacy conversations within the family
- Reduced anxiety about financial decisions that had previously felt opaque

Features You Will Not Find Elsewhere
Multi-Professional Academy Model
The senior programme brings together a financial planner, an estate attorney, a tax practitioner, and a family communication specialist working with the same small group. This integrated team approach is uncommon in educational settings and allows for genuinely coordinated advice.
Personal Tax-Planning Worksheet (Private Review)
Intermediate programme learners complete a detailed personal worksheet that is reviewed privately by a Thai tax practitioner before their consultation session. Feedback is specific to their actual situation â not generic.
In-Person Bangkok Gatherings
The Wealth & Legacy Academy includes three in-person sessions at our Sathon location. These structured face-to-face gatherings allow for conversations that are more difficult to replicate online â particularly around family governance and estate discussions.
Cross-Border Estate Coordination
For families with assets or beneficiaries in multiple countries, the senior programme covers cross-border coordination â an area that most domestic financial education programmes do not address.
