Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 10 March 2025  ยท  Effective Date: 10 March 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before enrolling in any programme offered by maleeinsad. By enquiring, enrolling, or participating in a programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry, confirming enrolment, or making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have their authority to do so.

3. Programme Descriptions and Availability

Programme descriptions on our website are provided for general information. The Institute reserves the right to make reasonable changes to session schedules, formats, and materials where necessary. Such changes will be communicated to enrolled learners in advance.

Programmes are subject to minimum enrolment. If a cohort does not reach the minimum, the Institute may postpone or cancel it, in which case enrolled learners will receive a full refund of fees paid.

4. Enrolment

Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from the Institute following an introductory conversation. A place is not reserved until confirmation is provided. For the Comprehensive Wealth and Legacy Academy, enrolment is limited to six learners per cohort and is subject to a brief suitability assessment.

5. Fees and Payment

Programme fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are as published on our website at the time of enrolment confirmation. Fees are due in full within 7 days of enrolment confirmation unless a staged payment arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Payment is accepted via bank transfer to the Institute's Bangkok account. Details are provided in the enrolment confirmation. Fees are inclusive of all programme components as described โ€” sessions, consultation calls, printed materials, and follow-up periods. No additional charges apply unless agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Learner

Cancellation by Institute

If the Institute cancels a programme, enrolled learners will receive a full refund within 14 days. The Institute's liability is limited to refund of fees paid and does not extend to consequential losses.

7. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to attend sessions with reasonable regularity and engage with course materials in good faith. You agree to:

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, worksheets, written guides, and session content are the intellectual property of maleeinsad. Learners are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for their own educational purposes during and after enrolment. Reproduction or distribution for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written consent.

9. Nature of Educational Content โ€” Important Disclaimer

The content delivered through maleeinsad programmes is educational in nature. It is designed to help learners understand financial, tax, and estate planning concepts as they apply in Thailand. It does not constitute financial advice, legal advice, or tax advice specific to your individual circumstances, and should not be treated as such.

Where practitioners share observations in consultation sessions, these are offered in an educational context. Learners should seek formal professional advice before making significant financial, legal, or tax decisions. The Institute does not accept liability for decisions made on the basis of programme content alone.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, the Institute's total liability to a learner in connection with any programme shall not exceed the total fees paid by that learner for the programme in question. The Institute shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

11. Confidentiality

Personal financial information shared by learners in individual consultation sessions or written worksheets is treated as confidential by the Institute and by the practitioners involved. It will not be shared with other learners or third parties except where required by law or where the learner has given explicit consent.

12. Programme Changes and Force Majeure

The Institute may reschedule sessions or change delivery format (e.g. from in-person to online) in response to circumstances beyond its control, including public health requirements, natural events, or government directives. In such cases, the Institute will provide reasonable notice and make reasonable alternative arrangements. Rescheduling does not entitle learners to a refund unless the change is material and the learner cannot reasonably accommodate it.

13. Termination

The Institute reserves the right to remove a learner from a programme without refund in cases of serious misconduct, breach of confidentiality, or behaviour that materially disrupts the experience of other participants. Such decisions will be communicated in writing with reasons provided.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first seek resolution through good-faith discussion. If resolution cannot be reached informally within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

15. General

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Terms applicable at the time of enrolment confirmation govern that enrolment.
